A curious and empathetic mind, with a strong passion for understanding human behaviour and emotions, led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. My journey in psychology began with a strong desire to help individuals navigate emotional struggles, psychological distress, and relationship challenges, and it continues to inspire me every day.
Over the years, I have gained expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy, and Exposure Therapy.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals across a wide spectrum of concerns including ADHD, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Depression, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Acute Stress Reactions, and challenges in relationships and interpersonal dynamics. I also support individuals in managing everyday stress and building healthier coping strategies.
My therapeutic style is client-centred and collaborative, emphasizing personalization for every individual I work with. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and empowering process where individual is not only heard but also guided toward resilience and self-discovery. My work focuses on helping people process emotions, strengthen inner resources, and create a more balanced and meaningful life. I am deeply committed to fostering an empathetic, non-judgmental space where individual can heal and grow into their fullest potential.
Outside of my clinical practice, I find expression through singing (Classical, Bhava geethe, Bhakthi geethe) and dancing (classical and freestyle). I also enjoy exploring art, traveling, and staying active through fitness.
I believe that healing extends beyond the mind and that creativity, movement, and holistic living play an essential role in emotional well-being.
